217 Bath Road is one of two buildings on a site within the heart of Slough, with an existing floor area of circa 70,000ft2 along with a basement level car park. The building will be fully refurbished and enhanced to meet latest British Council for Offices (BCO) standards, whilst increasing the internal space.

The project will include a large atrium infill and new third floor extension, with MEP services replaced in their entirety, including all lifts. A new power supply is required to accommodate the increase in power required for an increase in occupancy. Hive has undertaken the design to RIBA Stage 4 for the MEP services along with the lift specifications, with all elements designed in line with BREEAM Excellent and Fitwell 3* requirements.
