Hive were appointed to undertake the refurbishment works at 28 Austin Friars.

This included providing new showers at lower ground floor level, refurbishment of office floors including linking ground and lower ground floors plus the refurbishment of the reception and toilets.

The building has been transformed to create modern office environment with an upgrade to the MEP services systems.
