Hive Group are working with John Sisk and HESimms to provide RIBA Stage 4-6 MEP and Sustainability design services for the four mixed use residential towers, as part of the wider Quintain regeneration and Campus in Wembley Park, London.

The mixed-use development includes the following:

• 487 residential apartments
• 3,600m2 commercial space
• Connection to wider Quintain DHN
• 1500m2 front of house areas
• High rise towers up to 27 stories

Applying valuable experience in off-site design, coupled with our understanding of the environmental constraints of city centre locations, Hive designed a DfMA solution for the development of the building risers which allowed all the sprinklers, ventilation ductwork, LTHW and BCWS and infrastructure plant to be installed and completed within the off-site manufacturers factory as part of the module fit out, which reduced the time required for on-site M&E installation.
