Hive was appointed to assist COEL in revitalizing the 30,000-square-foot top floor of the Triangle Building, transforming it into a fully operational Cat A space. This involved creating an adaptable, high-quality environment suitable for various tenant needs. Cat A (Category A) fit-outs typically deliver a neutral, ready-to-use blank canvas, including essential structural, mechanical, and electrical services. The updated floor now provides a versatile, tenant-ready space designed to appeal to potential occupants seeking flexibility in their layout and customization, bringing new functionality and appeal to the building’s top floor.
