Andy Burbridge Managing Director

B.Eng. (Hons), C.Eng, LCEA, LCC, MCIBSE

As a board director, Andy is also responsible for the overall management of the group.

Andy leads teams in a multi-discipline environment delivering major building projects throughout the UK and Europe.

He studied Mechanical Engineering, which enabled his passion for collaborative design to come to fruition. Upon his graduation from Sheffield he joined Capita Symonds, allowing him to progress his thirst for design whilst gaining accreditation in Dynamic Thermal Simulation. From this He moved to Jacobs where he lead the MEP team on the companies first undertaking into the world of BIM. He assisted in the implementation of BIM within the companies MEP team whilst delivering a number of large scale police headquarters and training facilities.

In 2017 Andy co-founded Hive Consultants and has gone on to deliver a number of award winning schemes. With extensive background in commercial and healthcare environments he is able to provide innovative environmental engineering designs.
